What Causes Pain And Bluish Mark On Arm Muscles?

hi, Two weeks ago I slipped from my bike & fell on my right Palm with full body weight. I m having pain when I try to twist my arm & it doesnt extend freely. I had taken an xray of my elbow, it appears normal. There s a bluish mark on my arm muscle, just above my elbow (outward).

It looks to me from your history that you are suffering from elbow muscles strain. It is soft tissue injury and your bone is completely ok. At present you can do is to apply ice over that elbow, apply compression bandage and also drugs like voveron can help you. You will be able to move your elbow so do not worried. Remember that do not massage at elbow because it can increase stiffness.
