Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain pain across upper teeth along with burning sensation over the roof of mouth are most common in case of
sinus infection due to close proximity of maxillary
sinuses to this area..
In case if you are diagnosed with Sjogren's syndrome which has classical features of
dry mouth and
dry eyes, therefore dry mouth can also led to burning sensation inside mouth and is more prominent on tongue and
palate, therefore it can be a potent cause..
I would suggest you to start gargling with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
You can start chewing sugarfree chewing gums as it stimulate saliva flow..
You can also do cool water rinses..
You can also take saliva substitutes if there is severe dry mouth..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
