Although your sugar is 221 post pradial, which is completely unacceptable your HbA1c says you have a decent sugar levels over a period of 3 months. It has to be less than 7.0 for good health. And your BP is supposed to be under 130 preferably at all times. Kindly consult a doctor for medication to maintain your BP. Now coming to your problem, what you are explaining is known as Peripheral Neuropathy which causes the tingling sensation and pins and needles pricking sensation on your legs. It is a most common neuropathic problem in most diabetics. Kindly initiate treatment with Pregabalin 75mg once a day in the night for a month. And if it is not subsiding start a dose of 150mg.
