I am having abdominal pain every single day. When I wake up in the morning I have a deep almost hungry feeling but it is accompanied by nausea and a burning sensation. When I eat during the day, most of the time, I immediately have a burning pain in both stomach and lower abdomen. I have been having bowel movements almost every time I eat, sometimes I barely make it to the bathroom and my stool today was almost black with symptoms of extreme burning all day. Some days I feel fine around dinner and am able to have a normal meal with minimal symptoms. Pepto Bismal helped a bit at first but is no longer helping at all. This has been going on for over a week now.
