What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation In The Abdomen?

I have a problem with my stomach beneath my abdomen.Its pain me a lot and seem to have been enlarged.Have some slight burning sensation as well,what could it be and also sometimes I see some sticky colorless fluid on the tip of my penis,has no scent and in small amount

After reading your post, I would suggest that you should take an antacid like Omeprazole 20 mg for relief from burning sensation in the abdomen. It can be due to gastritis. Also avoid spicy and oily foods. Drink lots of water daily.
