What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation In The Neck, Shoulder And Palm?

I tripped and when I braced myself I used my hands. My right hand in the palm immediately had severe pain and caused a burning sensation in the area. The pain went up my arm to my shoulder and neck. I immediately iced my hand. there is no deformity or bruising but is very tender/ painful to touch.

You mention in your cheif complain that you have burning sensation in Palm that radiate to neck this is because of neuropathy also.

Check your blood sugar level because in diabetic neuropathy pain , tingling or burning sensation is present.

In vitamin B 12 deficiency can lead to nerve disorder also.
Do your MRI , any nerve compression can detected in MRI. Never compression can lead to numbness , tinngling or burning sensation.

In carpal tunnel syndrom is also ruled out.In hand there is burning sensation and numbness is present in carpal tannel syndrom.

Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy also lead to pain and burning sensation.
