General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

First of all, I think you may be suffering from a urinary tract infection because you are having pain in the testicle and burning sensation.

Also, you may need to take antibiotics. After the treatment of the lack of libido and erections persists you can test testosterone levels.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
