What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation In The Urethra?
I have been in pain for 4weeks today burning of urethra when needing to pre and burning up inside way up in vagina plus I can t eat cauiit is more pain in both these areas plus diarrhea when I do eat with black things in my stool I have no uti they said been on 9 antibiotics no better

Possibly sterile pyuria where you can't get bacteria in urine to stamp as UTI.
Diagnostic cystoscopy, CT KUB with IVP and lab tests of creatinine are must be evaluated for further line of management.
