I started having pain in 2 of my toes 6 months ago. It was only when walking but now it is all the time. It seems like a burning sensation like they got very cold although it never goes away. 2 of the toes seem to be numb on the top 1/2 or so also. I live in Florida so it s not from the cold and it is getting progressively worse.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pain and burning sensation in toes which could be due to viral infection, petechie, blockage of sebaceous glands as . It could be due to allergic reaction leading to dermatitis and hair follicle infection by bacteria. Need not to worry. You should rinse the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice a day. The symptoms can also occur in condition like diabetes or nerve dysfunction. Apply topical antibiotic cream such as neosporin 2% on it. You should take a course of antibiotic Tablet. Take a course of Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid twice a day for 5 days. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription.
