What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation On The Arms?

Hi..I need help figuring out what might be going on with the way my skin feels. I feel like I am very sensitive to touch, in such a way that a soft touch (of my arm) hurts like a burning sensation and a firm grip of my arm does not hurt. Can you help me?
