What Causes Pain And Cold Sensation In Lower Leg In Calf Area?
I have lower leg pain specially in calf.Early morning is the problem, when I want to starch my legs, I get cramps and I feel cold sensation in my legs. Do you have any solution for that, other wise I am totally fit. I have not diabetes, no blood pressure. no problems at all.

I really appreciate your concern, drink more water, keep the leg in elevated position plain soda water could be best, along with this Tab Ibuprofen can be used 200 mg as per needed if pain is unbearable hope this information helps.
