What Causes Pain And Cramps In The Legs Post Back Surgeries?
I am 69 with post op two back surgeries. I have sciatic nerve problems because of scar tissue. Two back injections recently. For more than a month have been experiencing cramping in both legs, not in muscle but in sciatic nerve, especially painful around the ankles. Sleep is almost always interruped by these painful cramps. Left sciatic nerve has my foot half numb but painful. Neuronton and Mobic gave relief but had anaphalic reaction. Wondering what is causing cramping in nerves/legs.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
