What Causes Pain And Dent On Head After A Head Injury?

Over the summer I stood up at work and a cabinet door was open above me. When I stood up quickly, I hit my head which at that time it knocked me back in the chair and hurt really bad. I kind of forgot about it but I have been having daily headaches for the last few months and I m really at my wits end. I felt my head recently where I hit my head and there is a dent where the door hit. What do you think I should do?

If this is the old trauma den do ct scan of head...might be there small fracture in skull which is healed (malunion type) so might be its causing pain..otherwise took some pain killers like diclomol tab...for relief of pain.
