What Causes Pain And Discomfort In Chest And Numbness In Left Arm?

I have discomfort in my chest, with pain varying in degree, my left arm goes numb, with pins and needles feeling, I m tired, with some nausia. The pain in chest does not vary when I press on my chest, it is from 11 this morning to now 9 in evening, does not go away, only varies in pain tensity

For that you should consult a physician immediately. You are already suffering from this pain from morning. Wise decision should be to consult a physician immediately.
