Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain in abdomen, night sweats, hair loss, gastrointestinal tract (GIT) disturbances- diarrhea and constipation; all these symptoms may be inter-related or may not be related to each other.
Night sweats associated with pain abdomen and GI disturbances are suggestive of tuberculosis of the GIT.
A CT scan of abdomen is required to look for any lesion in GIT and presence of enlarged lymph nodes if any.
Although the ultrasound is not showing any abnormality, CT scan may be done to look for any thickness of intestines.
Hair fall can be due to poor nutrition and anemia often associated with tuberculosis.
I suggest you to consult an gastroenterologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.

Thanks and take care
