General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Upper abdominal pain, nausea and diarrhoea could be due to acute gastroenteritis or viral gastroenteritis etc.

You must undergo routine blood count, electrolytes with clinical examination of abdomen with ultrasound of abdomen to arrive at a possible diagnosis.

You will require antibiotics (quinolones or cephalosporins or antiprotozoals) with antiemetic, antispasmodics and antiinflammatories with prebiotics and probiotics.

There may need fluid and electrolyte balance in body.

You must consult physician for immediate treatment.

Regards,
