What Causes Pain And Discomfort In The Abdomen And Hips?
I was doing the an machine, very light weight and I felt a pop in my abdomen. It felt like it was at my c-section scar. Since then I ve had a dull pain in my front hip area and in my glute area it is all staying on my right side. I also have a limp. At times I feel a sharp pain. Is this something worth having looked at

You are having limp and hip pain. So your symptoms can be from hip joint arthritis or infection. I suggest you to investigate with hip joint digital X-ray to do further work up in your case. According to X-ray report further management plan decided.
