Hello,

Few pains are unanswerable for now and get manifested in the later stage because pathologically it would not have developed so much to get detected in the body, and we doctors cannot get to know if it does not come in any investigation.

I know I can understand your problems, but for now, I think no medication would help you other than making your mind strong. If it is just somatic pain syndromes and your mind is stressed out which is causing you these pains, then you can do yoga, meditation, and exercise in the home and try if it goes away.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
