What Causes Pain And Discomfort In The Groin Area?
What causes light pain and some discomfort in groin area? It feels like some pressure/squeezing around my penis and pelvic wall. Almost like I feel like I have to urinate even though I don t. Just overall tightness and discomfort with some pressure around that area, kind of hard to explain. I ve felt around my groin and abdominal and don t feel any lumps. No visible swelling or damage to that area either and I m not sexually active.
