What Causes Pain And Discomfort In The Groin Area?
I have had discomfort in my groin area for a few weeks. It is located in my left side and seemingly generates mild pain in my left thigh. The Dr. checked my testicles and did not think that was the problem and mentioned that sometimes in men my age that blood vesicles sometimes break and cause discomfort (or something like that). Since this discomfort has lasted about 3 weeks pretty consistently and has not subsided, I am concerned about what to do if anything. Thanks. Paul YYYY@YYYY

What Causes Pain And Discomfort In The Groin Area?
Hello, As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan to look for any possible ligament or tendon involvement. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
