What Causes Pain And Discomfort In The Lower Abdomen?

I bent over to my right to reach a blanket on the sofa and heard/felt a very loud pop inside my very low abdomen area just to the right of the center of my body. felt a small pain at that time. has been a mild dull pain ever since. I had a total hysterectomy at age 27. i am 68 now. this happened 10days ago and still having the dull pain and discomfort. What is in the body in that area that would snap or break when leaning INward on it, not as a pulling outward or stretching to cause a snap or break of something. Very concerned. thanks Barbara
