What Causes Pain And Dizziness On Back?

Hi there, everytime I eat I get a pain in the lower left hand section of my back and go very dizzy and feel drunk, I also sometimes have to rush to the toilet as diahhorea happens, not everytime though. It doesn t seem to matter what I eat, it happens with anything. Any ideas, thanks, sean.

I really appreciate your concern such symptoms could be due to some functional condition and may not be due to any disease at the most condition can be managed with "Tab Omeprazole and Domperidone 40/30 mg" once in day, hope this information helps, take care.
