What Causes Pain And Dryness In The Mouth While On Phentermine?

My doctor prescribed phentermine 37.5mg for me to help me lose weight. I am 5 feet 2 inches and weigh 194 pounds. I take blood pressure pills, as well as other pills, also. The phentermine makes my mouth extremely dry and sore. My tongue is sore, as well. I had to buy some over the counter medicine to help with the soreness. Should I increase my water intake or stop taking the medicine.
