Welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding your symptoms of pain and dryness of the vagina after previous rectal surgery i am suggesting that you have a condition called premature ovarian failure leading to reduced level of your estrogen following bleeding from your surgery
In view of this please do a

pelvic scan
Hormone profile test
Meanwhile you will need a hormone replacement therapy please see a gynecologist specialist for further assessment
