What Causes Pain And Electrifying Sensation In Body During Urination?
The first sign I have of a urinary infection is every time I urinate I get a painful shocking feeling, from my feet to my shoulders, like a very painful shudder or a electric shock, until I have finished. Enough to make me tighten my face with pain until the flow stops.

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms you have been stated here is not the Urinary tract infection but it could be due to stone or stricture and it needs to be ruled out, till then it is advisable to have Tab Dicyclomine three times in day hope this information helps.
