Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
From your description, it could be told that you are suffering from 'acute otitis media', which is nothing but infection of middle ear.
For that, you need to be treated with appropriate antibiotics and analgesics.
Kindly consult ENT specialist to get examined and treated appropriately.
