What Causes Pain And Fluttering Sensation In Left Chest While Taking Protonix?

i have pain in middle of chest, fluttering sensation in left breast area, sometimes left arm feels very heavy. been taking protonix for 3 months for chronic acid reflux, also on amitriptyline and several supplements. This thing has been going on for about 3 months.
