What Causes Pain And Fluttering Sensation In The Centre Of The Chest?

Hi, I was in hospital yesterday with chest pains and referred pain from the chest to the shoulders and signs and symptoms of cardiac related issue. My ECG and trponum was clear and the doctor on all suggested inclination of the chest cavity. Today I am feeling another new sensation. A fluttering feeling in the right side lower of my chest just below my breast and close to the centre of my chest? Is this related to the inflimation, should I be worried?

Hello,

Possible causes are muscle fibers twitching or hypokalemia or hypocalcemia or electrolyte imbalance or crepetetions or anxiety or gas in the colon etc.

Get it done ultrasound abdomen, serum electrolytes and upper GI endoscopy.

Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. avoid caffeinated drinks and freeze water.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
