What Causes Pain And Foul Smelling Discharge From Navel?
Hello. For a month now my belly button would get this smelly stuffy thats liqidy. It wont poor out more like it feels wet. Sometimes ill feel pain then i clean it out or stick finger in there and i see red stuff. That im guessing blood. Is this bad? Should i be seeing my doctor?

There may be some infection inside.
Clean area with antiseptic lotion like betadine and apply antibiotic and antifungal powder, as chances of mixed infection is high.
It will improve within 48 hours.
If discharge increases or foul smell does not go , see a doctor.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here this could be infection of umbilical region and this is need to be clinical examination, and if found then this need to be treated accordingly better to see the doctor, hope this information helps, have a nice day
