What Causes Pain And Fullness In The Ear While On Xyzal?

I have been taking Xyzal for several years and I now have developed one of the more serious side effects, which is pain and fullness in the ear (my left ear). What other allergy medicines are available besides Allegra, Claritin & Zrytec, which I have taken before?

I really appreciate your concern, Fexofenadine (Allegra) is the best drug for allergies but underlying cause of symptoms need is necessary to differentiate, if antihistamine fails to work then it may not be allergic conditions, it is necessary to have right dose of antihistamine (Fexofenadine 250 mg three times in day with meal ) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
