What Causes Pain And Fullness In Upper Abdomen?

I m having upper abdominal pain where the pain is below the breast bone and have the feeling of being full all the time. When eating or drinking it gets worse and unable to use the bathroom. Like constipated have tried stool softner a and nothing seems to help. Not sure what else to do.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to hyperacidity if I would be doctor of this case the I would treat this case with, "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day, and this is nothing to worry, hope this information may helps take care and have a nice day.
