What Causes Pain And Heat Sensation From Elbow To Wrist?

My dad has been experiencing pain and heat sensation in both arms starting from elbow down to the wrist leading to ring finger and pinky. Have tried many pain and nerve medication. Any suggestions on what I can do to look into this problem that he has had for over a year?

Your history is incomplete, Usually the pain at this age which is not relieved by medications is due to some organic cause or is of neuropathic nature in diabetes mellitus. Than treatment of each is different, neuropathic pain is usually resistant to common pain medications and other drugs like pregabalin and gabapentine are commonly prescribed for it.
