What Causes Pain And Heaviness In Chest When Having Bowel Movement?
I am getting chest pain when I have a bowel movement and also a heavy feeling at random times too. Both sensations are in the left side under the breast. What could cause this? I have ibs, low blood pressure and low iron levels. I'm 22 and female. I also get a lot of cramping and pain higher left side in the abdomen which I just assume is the ibs.
