What Causes Pain And Inflammation In The Left Nostril?

Hi. I have been hurting in my nose since last Wednesday night. I have imflamation inside my left nostril. I have never had this before. It hurts to touch it. I am getting horrible headaches from it. Taking Tylenol. I have a history of sinus problems, so I thought it may be related to that. I was having double vision yesterday and a woman told me that could be due to a migrain headache. Do you think my headache is related to this imflamation in my nostril? I think it is. What do this sound like to you?
