What Causes Pain And Inflammation On Left Side Of The Head?

Hi, my husband is currently suffering from headache (left side of his head) and it seems inflamed. His BP read 127/81 at the moment but previously 130/86. What is the best thing to do to relieve that pain asap? What are also the foods he doesn t have to eat? Please reply asap. Many thanks.

Knowing the age of your husband would help answer this better. His BP is not bad. But given the info, you may want to check his eyesight. Maybe, getting glasses would solve the issue. if he already has glasses then his power may have changed.
