What Causes Pain And Irritation In The Rectum Without Having Bowel Movement?
My rectum started hurting last night without having any bowel movement. It feels like a hemmroid inside. I had a hemmroid a couple of year ago, but it was poking out, so I popped it with a knife. It hasn t bothered me much since. When I woke up this morning I felt weak and my head is hurting. My headache won t go away and I have chills. My temperature is 100 degrees. I don t have an appetite, but no diaria or vommiting. I do feel nausea. Ive been drinking water and taking ibuprofen. Thanks Jeff

From history it seems that there might be having some infection on hemorrhoids giving rise fever and pain at the site.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Avoid fried, chilies and junk food.
