What Causes Pain And Irritation In The Testicles?
My son went swimming today in my moms pool. After about 30-40 mins he got out because his testicles hurt. They were red and irritated. My daughter had similar issues the day before and it hurt when she peed. I keep telling my mom that there is too much cholorine in the pool. But she won t listen. Is that what the issue is?

It can be simple skin eczema. You can apply over the counter low potency steroids like Betamethasone and the symptoms will settle in couple of days.
If pain is severe it is better to go for an ultrasound scan for further evaluation.
