Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My ear hurts to the touch. Daughter looked with otoscope and said the drum is intact and no wax build up. She is an MA. Could I still have an ear infection? No other symptoms. No fecpver, no drainage, no hearing loss, no clogged ear feeling. Just hurts to touch and a little itching.
We have to rule out possibilities like war infection. Consult an ent specialist and get evaluated. As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
