General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic Regarding your experience with pain and reduced blood flow to your hand I am suggesting strongly that you have developed a peripheral vascular disease to rule out thrombophlebitis

In view of this please do the following test
Peripheral angiography and schedule an appointment with a cardiologist specialist for expert clinical evaluation as well as adequate drug prescription

Moreover please take some analgesic pending your appointment

I hope this helps Regards
