What Causes Pain And Lump In Upper Outside Calf?
I m having pain in upper outside calf (left) behind the knee. Was stiff yesterday and more so this morning. Throughout the day stiffness and pain became more intense. I work in office, sitting most of the time. By the end of the day, I had difficulty walking due to pain and stiffness. I feel a lump in upper outside calf. However, I m plagued with multiple lipomas and lump might be one previously undetected.

I really appreciate this if this is sitting position for longer than enough then such symptoms are very likely and this could be due to poor posture and you really need to changed the position in-between every after some time, drink more water, this may called occupational hazard, hope this information helps take care
