What Causes Pain And Movement Feeling Inside On Laying, Blood In Phlem In A Person With Open Heart Surgery And Who Wears O2 At Times?

I have pain and movement feeling inside when i lay back or down.,and am coughing up phlem with blood.Haven't injured in any way.Fell 4 months ago.have had open heart surgery years ago.what could this be.,and sometimes my oxygen decreases.,so i wear oxygen at bedtime.

Welcome to HCM. I understand your concern.
Since you are a heart patient, I believe you must be on drugs like Aspirin and Clopidrogrel.
These drugs are anti platelet and can cause bleeding manifestations like haemoptysis (blood in sputum).
I would suggest you to get a Xray Chest and discuss with your doctor about my opinion.
