General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear HCM user here is your Physician to help you out after carefully reviewing your case. I have a vast experience in treating patients like this and in my expert opinion you can safely take Motrin 800mg, along with Klonopin 10mg(5+5 you took)
these 2 drugs have no interaction that can significantly affect something related to them.

Thank you and have a nice time ahead. Stay blessed and happy always, and may you get well soon. Accept my sincere thanks once again for trusting me and taking my consultancy.
