What Causes Pain And Muscle Spasms In The Leg While Sleeping?

I am sixty one and for three nights now I can not sleep lay flat or curled up and too try and walk too the rest room or any where throw the house the pain is so Serve that I scame in pain and my right leg I have muscle spasms And biotic ,,,,I can not afford too pay I am dis able and on med ,,,,

Your symptoms seem to be related to myalgia.

I recommend using muscle relaxants such as Baclofen.

I also recommend using heat compresses for relief.
