Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain in both legs and knees along with freezing sensation in legs requires an orthopaedic examination of your knee joints.
Osteoarthritis is one of the conditions wherein there is pain in knees especially during movement.
Freezing sensation in legs could be due to vascular compromise.
Thus, Doppler study of lower limbs along with orthopaedic examination is required.
I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician for clinical assessment and further work up.

Thanks and take care
