What Causes Pain And Numbing Sensation In Lower Back?

Hi I have had a lower left back pain for two months now, sometimes it goes down to my hip area. It feels numb sometimes. When I run or sleep, it is okay but when I stand for too long ro sit for too long, it gets numb and hurts. I am 28 and I weigh about 75 kgs. I have not had any other diseases

Your compliants are strongly suggestive of disc herniation of spine. Mostly in lumbar region. However, an MRI spine is advised here.
Meanwhile, take tab voveron twice a daily for pain relief, higher analgesic can be indicated. Consulatation to Orthopedic is advised.
