Hello, I m a 25 year old female and for the past 4-5 days I been experiencing a dull achy feeling in my arms, elbow to the fingers down which feels like my arm is waking up from falling asleep. I don t lay on it and its been very random, even making it hard to sleep. (And its mostly my left arm.) My right foot has been the same way and my big toe on that foot is even numb, and the feeling hasn t came back . My toe has been that way all day. I tried to use a stress ball and exercise but nothing helps. I m concerned and wonder If I should go to the er or an Urgent care.
