What Causes Pain And Numbness In Lower Stomach?

I have been suffering with these symptoms dull ache in lower stomach pain in left kidney slight swelling felt small lump in lower stomach numbness in three fingers on left hand fluttering in right size of chest and slight shaking back pain I have had ultra sound and blood test clear waiting results of ct scan can u please advise
