What Causes Pain And Numbness In My Feet?

I am experiencing a lot of pain with my feet. Numb spots on the bottom that feel as thou your socks are in a bunch. The top of my right foot started bruising for no apparent reason and it feels now like I have broken glass or crystals in my feet making it more and more painful to walk.

can be a lot of causes. Could be broken glass (if history of it) or crystals (gout). and... sick nerves due to diabetes, thyroid disease or b12 deficiency are the most common causes.
