What Causes Pain And Numbness In The Right Palm?

I am a female, age 61. I ve been experiencing numbness, painful swelling, and pulling in my palm of right hand and it seems to be gradually getting into elbow and my shoulder for the past couple of months. Seems to have gotten worse to present. Have any ideas? Yes, I do work and I do a lot of repetitive movement with that side.
