What Causes Pain And Numbness In Toes And Feet?
I have been expierencing for a few years when my hands or feet are cold they go numb, my toes or toe nails can turn blue? Also for a few months my feet /toes have been hurting me ie. shooting pains? throughout my feet and tips of big toes?? I m getting concerned

The symptoms seem to be related to neuropathic pain. I suggest using anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day. If the symptoms continue, I suggest using prescription painkiller such as Gabapentin. I also recommend using cream for local application such as Capsain cream.
